About The Classes

Boclaire’s wellness classes integrate developmentally appropriate practices that support physical strength, emotional balance, focus, and self-awareness.

Each Class May Include:

  • Creative somatic movement for emotional health
  • Fun neuro exercises for brain health
  • Yoga for flexibility of the mind and body
  • Meditation and breathing techniques for calm minds
  • Mindful living practices, including mindful eating for a healthy lifestyle
  • Therapeutic sound and simple pressure points for nervous system health

Classes are engaging, nurturing, and accessible for all and help cultivate confident, calm, and resilient children.

Nature’s Sensory Gym

A hands-on activity in the herbal garden growing herbs and plants. Research shows that nature-based sensory experiences can calm the brain, improve focus, and support the development of new neural pathways in children.

Meditative Wellness Walk

A slow, mindful walk in nature that combines breathwork, acupressure points, and awareness to create a deep sense of calm and presence.

Mindful Movement Workout

A gentle full-body workout in nature that combines walking, breathwork, and mindful movement to build strength and clarity.

Body Prayer Session

A faith-based practice that blends prayer, breathwork, and gentle movement to support spiritual connection and inner peace.

Kids’ Birthday Hike Party

A fun and mindful outdoor celebration where children explore nature, play, and celebrate with joy and calm.

Adult Birthday Hike Party

A reflective and meaningful nature hike that celebrates personal growth, life transitions, and new intentions.

RV Wellness Retreat

A peaceful nature retreat where guests stay in their own RV while enjoying rest, reflection, and optional wellness experiences.

The Wellness Toolkit

Structure: 40 minutes of class time and 20 minutes of closing practice.

All classes are designed based on individual needs and combinations of the wellness tools below:

  • Creative somatic movement: Helps release emotions, build body awareness, and support inner balance.
  • Fun neuro movement: Playful brain-body exercise that strengthens coordination, focus, and overall brain health.
  • Cognitive function support: Simple exercises designed to improve memory, sharpen focus, and bring clarity.
  • Yoga for mind and body: A calming yoga practice that increases flexibility, strengthens the body, and focuses the mind.
  • Meditation & breathing: Easy-to-follow practices that help calm the mind and improve focus.
  • Mindful living: Everyday tools, including mindful eating, that support a healthier, balanced lifestyle.
  • Therapeutic voice & acupressure: Gentle sound work and pressure points that regulate the nervous system.

Meet Boclaire

Boclaire is a Natural Wellness Practitioner certified in Child Development, Yoga, and Acupressure Therapy. She is the author of Children’s Meditation Stories and the founder of Sierra Yoga Center, Mindful Mom, and the True Wellness Movement.

Boclaire has taught for many years in Tuolumne County, offering yoga, movement, and mindfulness-based education to children, families, and the community.
